影片簡介：

時間是1970年，女演員蘇菲代表加拿大政府，到大阪世界博覽會演出法語舞台劇，並發現自己懷了身孕。此時她的男友米歇，在魁北克意外捲入了革命份子友人製造炸彈的恐嚇行動裡。蘇菲在舞台上瘋狂搞笑的錯亂情節，竟在真實的人生中上演。勒帕吉以荒謬的喜劇基調，點出了魁北克人的雙重身份困境。片名「No」除了是日本「能劇」之意，也代表了魁北克獨立公投的失敗結果。

In Japan during the Osaka Expo of 1970, a Canadian actress's life is turned upside down by political upheaval and a series of emotional traumas and absurdities during a 24-hour period.
