早熟少年小默跟著嬉皮父母過著遺世獨居的生活。13歲的他，完成了人生第一部小說，也體驗了第一次的春夢。但對數字毫無概念的他，迫使母親不得不把他送進鎮上學校。一切對小默來說都是新的經驗，也包括他對同性老師的愛戀。本片對曖昧純真的同志情感有著極為細緻的描述，風格內斂卻不掩其幽默清新。片中拒絕過份簡單地性向歸類的觀點尤其特別，也難怪本片成為2006各大同志影展爭相邀請的對象。
